5. Returns & Exchanges

  4. Ship item back with tracking (customer pays return shipping)

  • Contact us within 14 days to arrange exchange
  • Customer pays shipping for exchanges unless item is defective

5.4 Damaged or Defective Items

  • We will replace or refund at no cost to you, including return shipping

13.1 Restringing Services

  • We offer professional restringing services for our hand-knotted pieces

  • Original materials (pearls, gemstones) must be intact

13.2 Repairs

  • We will assess repair feasibility on a case-by-case basis
  • Repair costs depend on extent of damage
